Max ($299 per month) adds 1,000 conversations, ten team members, ticketing, trend and cohort analysis, up to ten private datasets, scheduled reports, roles and permissions, and priority support. Enterprise is custom for multi-campus and compliance-heavy institutions.
Is there a free trial or free plan?
There is no time-limited trial. Instead, the Free plan is free forever: $0, no credit card, 20 conversations a month, one user, and every public federal dataset. Start there and upgrade to Pro or Max whenever you need more.
How does monthly versus annual billing work?
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free: Pro is $990 a year and Max is $2,990 a year. Enterprise is billed as a custom annual contract.
Are there implementation or setup fees?
No. Published plans include their listed features with no separate implementation fee, and you can start on the Free plan without a credit card.
How does Clema pricing compare to EAB Edify or HelioCampus?

What happens if I run out of conversations?
On Pro, extra conversations are $29 per 100. Max includes 1,000 conversations a month. If you consistently need more volume, that is usually a sign to move up a plan or talk to us about Enterprise.
